If you cannot find an answer to your question, please reach us at info@contattoexperience.com
Contatto Experiences will have no more than 16 guests, plus our native Italian host Daniele De Benedictis, and occasionally a guest of honor. Our experiences are fun and inclusive and you can expect to be joined by a diverse group in terms of age, background and interests—including solo travelers, couples and friends traveling together. All experiences are for travelers age 21 and above.
Contatto Experiences are led by our native Italian host, Daniele De Benedictis. He will be your go-to person for any questions or concerns on the trip. We’ll be joined throughout our journey by winemakers, chefs, artisans and professional guides who are deeply knowledgeable in regard to local cultures, customs and history and are passionate about sharing that with us.
US citizens are not required to have a visa to enter Italy for stays up to 90 days. Your passport must be valid for three months beyond your planned departure date, though we recommend that your passport be valid for six calendar months beyond your planned departure date from Italy. Not a US citizen? Please check with the Italian Embassy or Consulate for information and requirements.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance allows you to seek reimbursement for your trip costs; if your trip plans change for unforeseeable reasons, or if you need to get medical help, emergency transport, and for theft, loss or damage of items while traveling.
For solo travelers, there will be a supplement fee paid at the time of booking to secure a private room. These spots are extremely limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
